Holy SHIT this is cool.

Not that unusual in the corporate world, but a completely revolutionary idea to take it to the retail world. God am I freaking excited to see if this pans out at all.

Actually, keep reading the *whole* article. They intend to bring it to their stores, managers and employees alike. They aren't revealing completely *how* they will manage that, as a store *must* have a minimum number of people working at any one time, but they do plan to roll it out in a few test markets.
